Ryan Humeniuk is responsible for attracting and retaining family doctors and nurse practitioners to the city, working closely with the Northern Ontario School of Medicine (NOSM) and other partners. He has been in this role since 2015 and has helped to address the shortage of primary health care providers in the city.
