Step 1
Drivers and carriers invoice as usual through SmartPay.
Load posters view and approve invoices in SmartPay.
Step 2
Load posters can now make a single payment for all approved invoices to their Wallet on SmartPay.
Step 3
SmartPay divides the payment between drivers automatically!

Sole trader
- Proof of identity (drivers licence)
- Proof of residential address (bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
- The details of the bank account you’d like to receive payments into
Limited company
- Proof of identity for the applicant company director (passport or drivers licence)
- Proof of residential address for the applicant company director (drivers licence or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
- The details of the company bank account you’d like to receive payments into
If company Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) are different to Company Directors, you will also need to provide:
- Proof of identity for all UBOs (passport or drivers licence)
- Proof of residential address for all UBOs (drivers licence or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
