How does our pricing work?

Companies pay us a flat, fixed monthly fee against a set of content deliverables. This is an all-in cost that covers the entire engagement and all costs for strategy, writing, design, and promotion.

What deliverables make sense for our company?

We’ll produce a unique combination of content deliverables based your current goals & strategy. We know and expect strategy to change - we’ve built in flexibility to adjust deliverables over time.

I have no time and bandwidth - how much time does this partnership take?

We’ll host 30 minute monthly strategy calls & focus on getting everything we need during that time. Our goal is to do the the heavy lifting so you can focus your time elsewhere.

Where does this budget come from?

Typically employer branding budget comes from a combination of marketing and HR/recruiting.

What happens if things are not working?

We’re here for the long term partnership, but if things are not working, we simply ask for a 30-day notice.
