Pricing includes our standard services such as access to the Lucet EAP website and app, on-demand resource library, work/life services, crisis and in-the-moment support, digital promotional materials, reporting suite, and a designated account manager.

In compliance with the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act of 1975, Lucet offers a 3-session EAP model every 6 months for those employees who live in California. For session models greater than 3, Lucet will bring in a partner vendor to support the increased sessions for California employees.
International employees include employees located in Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Lucet EAP pricing does not include performance guarantees or broker commission. Lucet does not have a broker commission program in place. Lucet only offers a 12 month contract term for the EAP. The EAP contract and billing is administered by Lucet.
