Board Training

Every year, the Board approves a training and development program for the Board, individual Directors and Board Committees. In 2024 this included: mandatory Credit Union Director Achievement training, attendance at the national conference for credit unions, hosted by the Canadian Credit Union Association, the Manitoba Directors’ Forum hosted by Credit Union Central of Manitoba, and various training courses, workshops and webinars. In 2024, $24,000 was spent on Board training and development.
