CANCELLATION PENALTY:
- For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival there is a penalty of 30% of the reservation value. Cancellations outside this window attract no penalty.
- For No Shows, non arrivals and premature checkouts after arrival, 50% of the value of the booking will be charged.
- Extras booked prior to arrival may be cancelled at any time without penalty.
- Imposed travel and/or border restrictions beyond your control
- COVID-19 or related illness being endured by you, your partner or a member of your household which would result in your travel posing a health risk to others
- Hurricane or storm related force majeure that makes it impossible for you to travel as scheduled

Prices are inclusive of taxes and gratuities, all meals and drinks. Airfare, Spa Treatments and Private Beach Dinners are not included in the price.
Full payment of any outstanding balance is required at the time of check in.
This is an Adults Only Resort. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed.
The resort is for couples only. Single travelers are not allowed. Couples include two males or two females traveling together. Two persons who are not romantically involved or married are also allowed as a couple.
The Hotel is located on a hillside and may therefore not be suitable for persons with physical disabilities.
