Take Interstate 75 to Exit 285. Head east on State Road 52 for about 10 miles. Turn left on Mirada Boulevard, and then right on County Road 52. Saint Leo University will be on your left, across the street from the Abbey Golf Course. The main entrance is at the traffic light at Palm Boulevard and County Road 52.
From Orlando

Parking and Transportation
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Saint Leo University has designated accessible parking spaces clearly labeled throughout its campuses. All students and guests who require the use of an accessible parking space must clearly display the appropriate, state-issued parking permit (e.g., hanging mirror tag, license plate, sticker, etc.). Information about Florida’s Disabled Person Parking Permits can be found on the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles website. Students and guests at centers outside of Florida and those traveling to Florida locations from other states should reference guidelines specific to their state of residence. It is important to note that any applicable Saint Leo parking permits still apply to those utilizing accessible parking.

FOR GENERAL VISITORS: General visitors should enter campus through the main gate, proceed 3/4 around the traffic circle and turn right onto West Way, then make an immediate left into the visitor parking lot at University Saftey and Emergency Management. Visitors should park in spaces marked "Visitor Parking" and check in at University Safety to receive a visitor's pass.
FOR UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION/DAY PROGRAM DAILY INFO SESSIONS: Guests coming to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions from Interstate 75 should enter campus through the first entrance off of County Road 52 and make an immediate right onto Abbey Road. The Visit Center is the first building on the left. Guest parking is located in front of the building.
If entering through the main entrance, proceed 3/4 of the way around the traffic circle, then exit to the right onto West Way. Continue straight until the road turns left and proceed down Abbey Road. The Visit Center is located on your right, about halfway up the hill. Guest parking is located in front of the building.
FOR ADULT LEARNER (GRADUATE & UNDERGRADUATE) INFO SESSIONS: Guests should enter campus through the main gate, proceed 3/4 around the traffic circle and turn right onto West Way, then make an immediate left into the visitor parking lot. Visitors should park in spaces marked "Visitor Parking."
FOR MAJOR EVENT/ATHLETICS PARKING: For major campus events and parking for athletic events, guests should park in the parking garage located under the Turf Stadium. Entering campus from the main entrance, proceed 1/4 of the way around the traffic circle, exiting to the right onto East Way. Follow the road until it ends and turn left onto Lions Street. The entrance to the parking garage is just past the Turf Stadium on your right.
